Cleutys was born on July 6, 1938 in Stigler, Oklahoma. She married Nicholas Romak in 1971 and they had two children, Lisa Dickens and Nicholas Romak III. She is survived by her partner, Nicholas Romak; her two children, Lisa and Nicholas; her grandchildren, Cyle Dickens, Caleb Dickens, Conner Dickens, Sophie Romak, Zach Romak, and Aidan Romak; her great granddaughter, Ava; and her nephew and nieces, Michael Rivara, Alexis Adams, Dianne Magiolo, and Carmen Vasquez. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Rivara; and her niece, Lisa Blazek. Private family services will be held at a later date.
